Eriger’s extensive range of CNC pipe bending machines enable us to provide highly specialised pipe bending services to the global boiler market. We are able to cold bend pipes from an O/D of 10mm O/D to 127mm O/D using our pressure die CNC bending machines. Bends with radii less than 1.25D are manipulated using our custom hot bending process.
All our bending procedures have been certified in accordance with EN and ASME procedures. Post bend heat-treatment is carried out ‘in house’ in accordance with the ruling manufacturing specification as well as the client’s specific heat treatment requirements. Furthermore, post any bend, destructive testing is performed by a level 3 certified NDT specialist.
